I lost an earned item in the game! How do I get it back?

Adventure Gnome is designed to be an offline game with no servers, therefore all saves are local. As a result, if something wasn't saved correctly, there's little our customer support team can do to directly correct the save data.

It's possible that a gameplay related issue could be fixed with a patch, so please share with us all the pertinent data you can (ex: OS, Device, screen grab, etc.) and we'll see what we can do to fix the issue in the future.
