Billing Questions/Missing items?

While most players receive in-game purchases immediately, on occasion, it can take up to 6 hours to receive items and currency.

If purchases were made via the App Store and the items have not appeared, you may want to try force re-starting your mobile device.

If purchases were made via Google Play and you get an error message, it is very likely the purchase went through.  Try to reset your application and see if that fixes the problem. If the items have not arrived within 6 hours, you may want to log into your Google account and confirm that your purchase has not been cancelled.
