When will I hear back from Customer Support?

Customer Support is open 7 days a week, 9AM - 6PM PST (closed on major US holidays) and all emails are responded to in the order received. (First response may take 24 - 72 hours). Please be sure to share your Player Name/UID and provide any screengrabs and/or documentation to expedite the process.
